Updates

1. Removed information panels on all phases
2. Added a countdown timer at the start on the Play Phase
3. Added a panel in the bottom right giving information regarding a "Help" page that redirects to the "How to Play" menu
4. Created a "How to Play" menu, in the main menu and through a key press during any phase, that features:
   1. Information and video footage for all phases in the game
   2. Information for all the player controls on all phases in the game
   3. Information and video footage for all obstacles and their behaviour

Roadmap

1. Overhaul the UI throughout the game
2. Fix some of the pixel aberrations and blurriness that occur with some assets
